MMS6110

TD-2，量程0-80mm的膨胀传感器是四川省东神自动化公司的特殊供应产品之一，其主要用于1000MW汽轮发电机组的热膨胀测量，该产品使用了双表盘双LVDT新工艺制作而成，是一款性能很优异的产品。

一、热膨胀

汽轮机在开机过程中由于受热使其汽缸膨胀，如果膨胀不均匀就会使汽缸变斜或翘起，这种变形会使汽缸与基础之间产生巨大的应力，由此带来不对中现象，而这种现象，通常是因为滑销系统“卡涩”所引起的。

二、TSI系统

MMS6000 系统是一种智能系统，系统除了配备常规的电源模件 UES815 、 19" 机箱 IMR011 及通讯模件 MMS6831 以外，还有 MMS6312 、MMS6220、MMS6120、MMS6110、MMS6410等监视器。这些监视器都是双通道的，每个通道均可单独使用。每个通道均有独立的提醒和相应的 4～20mA和0～ 10V输出。具有输出连到总线，可通过总线接口进行 485或 232 通讯。

DEA热膨胀传感器TD-2 expansion sensor with a measuring range of 0-80mm is one of the special products supplied by Sichuan Dongshen Automation Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for thermal expansion measurement of 1000MW steam turbine generator set. This product is made by using the new process of double dials and double LVDT, and is a product with excellent performance.



1、 Thermal expansion



The steam turbine cylinder expands due to heating during startup. If the expansion is uneven, the cylinder will tilt or tilt. This deformation will cause huge stress between the cylinder and the foundation, which will lead to misalignment. This phenomenon is usually caused by the "jamming" of the sliding pin system.



2、 TSI system



The MMS6000 system is an intelligent system. In addition to the conventional power module UES815 In addition to the 19 "chassis IMR011 and the communication module MMS6831, there are monitors such as MMS6312, MMS6220, MMS6120, MMS6110, and MMS6410. These monitors are dual channels, and each channel can be used independently. Each channel has independent reminders and corresponding 4~20mA and 0~10V outputs. The output is connected to the bus, and 485 or 232 communication can be conducted through the bus interface.

工作原理

由一个LVDT（中频差动变压器式位移传感器）和对其进行保护的防护罩组成。LVDT由一个探杆与机壳相连。当机壳膨胀时，探杆在LVDT内移动，引起LVDT信号发生变化。信号经过调节后输出到监测器或DCS、PLC系统上，用于显示和报警。
