
三、当工控触摸屏固件版本太低时导致工控触摸屏乱跳失灵
现象:工业触摸屏可以正常使用,但是按下区域和响应区域成镜像反,例如按左边区域右边响应,按右边区域左边响应



问题分析:工业触摸屏局部区域可以使用只是按下去不准确,但是但是中断正常,报点位置镜像反,引起此现象可能是工业触摸屏固件太老,当前驱动不匹配引起的 。
根本原因:工业触摸屏固件不匹配
改进措施:升级工业触摸屏固件
那么给电机加油的周期是多久?加注量是多少?选择什么样的油脂?加注量一般为1/2~2/3,加少了润滑效果不好,加多了会造成电机轴承过热;一般二极电机半年加注一次,四极以上电机一年加注一次,也可以根据有些电机厂对轴承要求的时间加注,他们一般都按运行小时计算。
电动机轴承加油方法:
1)平时、小修补充润滑油,可以根据情况把轴承内的摆放润滑油抠掉一些,然后补充少许润滑油。
2)大修全部更换,首先把电动机转子抽出定子,然后用汽油好好清洗,并等完全干后再加油。且加油数量为轴承室空隙的1/3~1/2即可,不能加油太多,否则轴承容易发热损坏。
首先要正确选择润滑脂,然后按以下要求加润滑脂:
①注意周围环境,必须保持润滑脂的纯净,切不可让灰尘、砂粒吹入及金属颗粒等杂质混入。
②加油的手指或竹片等工具必须干净。
③在轴承盖上加油时,不宜加得太满,以占轴承盖油腔的60%~70%为宜。
④在轴承上加油时,只要把润滑脂加到能平平地封住钢珠即可从PLC的组成来看,除CPU,存储器及通信接口外,与工业现场直接有关的还有哪些接口?并说明其主要功能。(1)输入接口:接受被控设备的信号,并通过光电耦合器件和输入电路驱动内部电路接通或断开。(2)输出接口:程序的执行结果通过输出接口的光电耦合器件和输出组件(继电器、晶闸管、晶体管)输出,控制外部负载的接通或断开。2、PLC的基本单元由哪几个部份组成?各起什么作用?(1)CPU:PLC的核心部件,指挥PLC进行各种工作。如接受用户程序和数据、诊断、执行执行程序等;(2)存储器:存储系统和用户的程序和数据;(3)I/O接口:PLC与工业生产现场被控对象之间的连接部件,用来接受被控设备的信号和输出程序的执行结果;(4)通信接口:通过通信接口与监视器、打印机等其他设备进行信息交换;(5)日前,ABB与全球的交通运输解决方案提供商斯堪尼亚(Scania)达成协一、低电压大电流

How long is the oil filling period for the motor? What is the filling volume? What kind of grease do you choose? The filling amount is generally 1/2~2/3. The lubrication effect is poor if it is less, and the motor bearing will overheat if it is more; Generally, the two pole motor is charged once every six months, and the four pole motor is charged once a year. It can also be charged according to the time required by some motor manufacturers for the bearing, which is generally calculated by operating hours.
Oil filling method for motor bearing:
1) At ordinary times, add lubricating oil for minor maintenance. You can cut some of the lubricating oil placed in the bearing according to the situation, and then add a little lubricating oil.
2) Overhaul and replace all parts. First, draw out the motor rotor from the stator, then clean it with gasoline, and refuel after it is completely dry. The oil filling quantity should be 1/3~1/2 of the bearing chamber clearance. Do not add too much oil, otherwise the bearing is easy to heat and damage.
First, the lubricating grease shall be selected correctly, and then the lubricating grease shall be added according to the following requirements:
① Pay attention to the surrounding environment. The lubricating grease must be kept pure. Do not let dust, sand particles blow in and metal particles and other impurities mix in.
② Tools such as oiled fingers or bamboo chips must be clean.
③ When oiling the bearing cover, it should not be too full, and it should be 60%~70% of the bearing cover oil cavity.
④ When oiling the bearing, as long as the lubricating grease can be added to seal the steel ball smoothly, from the composition of PLC, besides CPU, memory and communication interfaces, what other interfaces are directly related to the industrial site? And explain its main functions. (1) Input interface: receive the signal of the controlled equipment, and drive the internal circuit to connect or disconnect through the optocoupler and the input circuit. (2) Output interface: the program execution results are output through the optocoupler and output components (relay, thyristor, transistor) of the output interface to control the connection or disconnection of external loads. 2.
