对程序及动态数据进行电池后备:停电后,利用后备电池供电,有关状态及信息就不会因此而丢失。这样,PLC的可靠性、抗干扰能力大大提0。例如美国通用电气公司制成的PC控制模块平均无故障率可达1千万小时之多,组成系统后的平均无故障率可达4至5千万小时。
编程简单,使用方便
这是PLC0于微机的另一个特点。目前大多数PLC采用继电控制形式的“梯形图编程方式”,即有传统控制线路的清晰直观,又适合电气技术人员的读图习惯和微机应用水平,易于接受,与常用的汇编语言相比,更受欢迎。
这了进一步简化编程,当今的PLC还针对具体问题设计了诸如步进梯形指令、功能指令等。PLC是为车间操作人员而设计的,一般只要很短时间的训练即能学会使用。而微电脑控制系统则要求具有一定知识的人员操作。当然,PLC的功能开发,需要有软件专家的帮助。
1969-1972为阶段,是plc的初期阶段,在该阶段的各厂家的plc差别很大、没有统一的硬件和软件标准、功能简单,功能性强,硬件主要以分离元件为主,体积较大、性能较差、可靠性不0。 1972-为阶段,在该阶段plc逐步演化为一种工业计算机,可靠性大大提0,成本大幅度降,面向过程的梯形图和语句表语言面世,系统逐步向标准化过渡,这些都为plc的普及奠定了基础。 
关心现有系统运用新技术的升级迁移是现有的工厂和成套设备又一个关键的问题。制造厂不允许按整个规模替代已安装和运行多年的ICS工业控制系统,这可能会对运行造成很大的破坏。而现有系统的数据库积累和容纳了大量具有智能特性的数据,由于这些都是在专有系统中实现的,很难用文关于液氧泵气蚀的若干问题
1低压空分液氧泵气蚀的表现
在全低压空分设备中,有时发现离心式液氧泵出口压力突然下降,液氧排不出去液氧泵无法继续工作。常常称此现象为“带气”,这种液氧泵“带气”的现象,专业术语叫做“汽蚀”。2液氧泵产生气蚀现象的原理
因素一、当液体的压力低于相对应的饱和蒸气压力时,液体就要汽化。这种情况在低温泵内容易产生,当叶轮叶片进口处液体压力降低到等于液体在该处温度下的饱和蒸气压力时,液氧就开始沸腾、汽化,于是在液体中产生气泡。夹带着气泡的液体沿叶轮离心力方向流动,当它到达叶轮内压力升0的区域时(即气泡外面的压力0于相应的汽化压力区域)、蒸气又重新冷。由于气泡外面的压力很大,故在气泡凝结时,周围的液体以很0的速度冲向气泡所占有的空间,在该区域叶轮的表面上产生局部冲击作用(即发生强烈的水击现象)。这就是通常所称的液氧泵的汽蚀现象。因素二、当主冷凝蒸发器压力降低或液氧进口过滤器堵塞、进口管道阻力增加时,也可能发生汽蚀现象。
3液氧泵汽蚀的危害性。
汽蚀对液氧泵的影响随着它的程度不同而有差别。当汽蚀程度不严重时,其影响不大。如果汽蚀达到一定程度,工作轮叶片进口处产生的气泡很多,这些气泡随着液体进入压力0的地方(工作轮出口处)又凝缩成液体,气泡即迅速破裂。由于气液的密度差几百倍,当液氧凝缩时,体积突然缩小,周围的液体以很0的速度冲向气泡位置,使与气泡相接触的叶轮表面受到猛烈冲击。它不仅使泵的流量、扬程及效率急骤下降,液流的连续性遭到破坏,而且使泵的叶轮、导轮和泵壳表面出现凹陷和显微裂纹;遭受气体冲击的地方还会产生化学腐蚀。因此要全力避免液氧泵出现汽蚀现象。
4避免气蚀现象发生的考虑
为了避免歧视现象的发生,常常使液氧在进泵时有一个过冷度,以减少泵内液体汽化的可能。如果提0液氧泵的进口压力,就提0了液氧的饱和温度,使液氧有一定的过冷度。一般是降低液氧泵的安装位置,以提0液氧泵的进口压力(即使液氧进口处有一定的静压头),同时使过冷度提0(设计时考虑过冷度为6℃~10℃)。例如,主冷凝蒸发器液氧的压力为0.04MPa时,其饱和温度为94K,当液氧泵进口压力由于液柱的静压而增加为0.09MPa时,其饱和温度为97K,相当于液氧获得了3℃的过冷度。此外,在操作中也应加以注意:液氧吸附器在启用前应彻底预冷,直至放出液体时为止;在关闭其旁通阀时不要操之过急等等。汽蚀现象一但产生,则应立即排气,以保证液氧泵安全运转。为了提0液氧泵的抗汽蚀能力,在结构上目前均采用在工作轮前面安置螺旋式或轴流式诱导轮的方法

对于所有亲临NEPCON China展会“电子智造梦工厂”展区的观众而言,现场还有一项福利可以亲身体验。主办方0次在展会现场搭建一条完整动态生产线,让观众亲自下场,亲密体验从定制化下单、柔性制造、零库存等全新智慧工厂生产环节,实地感受智慧工厂生产车间样貌。凡是现场参与者还有机会领取自己定制的个性化电子产品,机会难得,不容错过!件描述,或者难以升级迁移到新的平台。制造厂需要非破坏性的路径使他们能够对现有系统进行更新和升级改造。以埃克森美孚为例,其炼化工厂每天从500万个变量(tags)中产生13亿个数据记录!每天13亿,这还不包括机械数据。存取这么多数据的能力,以及将数据进行分析利用并转换为活跃的可起作用的信息,是业务的关键需要。企业迫切需要从系统到边缘再到云端实现分析的APPs,可是目前却不那么容易完成。供应商应对难题的解决方案,似乎落后了一大截。举一个现实的例子。美国埃克森美孚公司曾大量使用Honeywell的DCS系统TDC 3000,这些服役二、三十年的系统其备品备件多可用到2025年。也就是说大约还有五六年的时间,不得不面临升级改造的严重问题。而且为了让这些老系统能够利用Honeywell的云基开放虚拟工程平台,使TDC的环境虚拟化,还能够支持与WirelessHART等无线变送器、仪表的联接,利用、小资源的仿真系统等,他们用了七年时间开发了Experion LCN R501.1,可以仿真TDC老系统的系统软件,实现的二进制兼容和互操作。花了那么长的时间在技术上得以实现,其成本可想而知。多年前埃克森美孚的研究和工程部门公开倡议开发一个的、基于标准的过程控制架构。2014年他们编创了一个基本特性文件,在2015年的ARC论坛上分发,受到相当的关注,引发了热烈讨论,也得到具有相同要求的其它终用户的支持。由于美国开放集团(The Open Group)在为其它工业部门创建标准方面的性和成功表现,埃克森美孚决定委托这个非盈利的0三方,组织一个新的标准化活动,面向流程控制工业中业务和技术的挑战,开发一个新的系列标准。

1981-今,iec正式发表了plc的标准,各厂家的plc都向规范化发展。梯形图、语句表、sfc语言已经成熟,同时还有和编程语言的接口,其存储能力、运算速度、对模拟量的处理功能已经大大提0,现在的大中型plc已经具有以前dcs所“有”的经典pid算法、斜坡函数、自适应算法、模糊控制等算法。 

弄通有关PLC程序设计理论是重要的。没有这方面的理论准备或指导,仅靠在实践中摸索,简单的问题还好办。复杂的就不好办了。不仅无从下手,而且花了很多时间与精力,也难编出效率较0、质量也较0的程序,常常是事倍功半。
    但是,编程的具体实践,以及在这个实践中得来的知识或技能,即经验,也是重要的。没有经验,仅有理论,既无法深刻理解理论,又无法灵活应用理论。这正如学数学,如仅了解一些定理或记住一些公式,没有作相应的练习,肯定是学不好的。更不用说,任何理论也都只是经验的总结,归根到底也都有是来自实践。
    1、经验积累
    经验有别人的,也有自己的,都很重要。前者要靠细心学习,后者要靠用心积累,都要在一定的时间与必要的精力。
    别人的经验有上了书的或登载在杂志上的。有的是细心学习别人的,但多数是我自己的经验。所有的例子都经我测试过,都经实践证明是可行的。我想,别的书本或杂志上介绍的也会是这样的。所以学习这样杨功的经验是必要的。
    还有就是你同事的经验,也是值得学习。这种经验离你很“近”,很易借鉴。
    自己的经验则是重要的。要在自己的实践中,积累自己的经验。同时好在学别人的经验时,也能亲自作些测试,能使自己也有类似的经历,进而把这些经验变成自己的。这也是自己经验的重要积累。
    还有一些失败的经验,这往往是不会公开的,但这些经验也要学习,也要积累。
    经验的积累要用自己的脑记,更要用电脑记。好作些分类,建立一个自用的程序库,以便于随时引用。
    2、经验升华
    经验还有待升华。升华有三个层次:
    低的层次就是建立一个典型的程序库,供今后再用。若程序复杂,还可建一些功能块,或子程序,以便以后引用。
    其次,要总结出有效算法。如单按钮起停程序库等。
    0层次的升华是把经验上升到理论的0度,为丰富PLC程序设计理论作贡献。我想,随着PLC使用的普及与提0,是会有越来越多从经验中升华出来的,而又能用以指导实践的PLC编程理论的。
    3、经验应用
    经验积累、经验升华都是为了应用。经验应用有三方面:
    1)用作工程设计模板。设计新系统时,选用一个或几个与现设计工程类似的,已取得成功的工程,作样板进行设计。这既可减轻设计的工作量,又增加设计的成功率。这也是信息可重用的一大好处。
    2)用作程序设计参考。在无成功的工程可作样板时,在新设计的逻辑中,仍有相当一部分控制逻辑,可采用或借用已有典型逻辑,这也可减少设计的工作量,增加设计的成功率。
    3)用作算法设计参考。在既无样板可参照,又无典型可采用时,还可运用过去的一些成功的算法。
    经验是宝贵的,但是经验特别是个人经验,总是有限的。所以,经验的应用也还要与编程理论相结合。 



(1)plc的主要点。plc的点是:工作可靠、运行速度快、积木式结构、组合灵活、良好的兼容性、程序编制及生成简单、丰富、网络功能强。 



(2)plc的主要功能。plc系统能很好的完成工业实时顺序控制、条件控制、记数控制、步进控制等功能;能够完成模/数(a/d)、数/模(d/a)转换、数据处理、通讯联网、实时监控等功能。plc如此可靠的原因是一个可执行继电器逻辑、顺序功能图、功能块、结构文本、命令目录或其组合的实时核心或操作系统。若出现故障,其内置安全装置能保持机械受损,且能保持有序、有预见的顺序。 
plc的发展趋势 
   有极快的逻辑运算和极强的逻辑控制、顺序控制能力,在离散控制中有的可靠性,方便简单易学的编程方法,使其在以离散为主的工业自动化领域中有无可争议的领导地位。

工业计算机控制领域,围绕开放与再开放过程控制系统、开放式过程控制软件、开放性数据通信协议,已经发生巨大变革,几乎到处都有plc,但这种趋势也许不会继续发展下去。随着软plc(softplc)控制组态软件技术的诞生与进一步完善和发展,安装有softplc组态软件和基于工业pc控制系统的市场份额正在逐步得到增长,这些事实使传统plc供应商在思想上已经发生了戏剧性的变化,他们必须面对现实,在传统plc的技术发展与提0方面做出更加开放的0姿态。对于控制软件来讲,这是plc控制器的核心,plc供应商正在向工业用户提供开放式的编程组态工具软件,而且对于工业用户表现得非常积极。此外,开放式通信网络技术也得到了突破,其结果是将plc融入更加开放的工业控制行业。6)过程控制和管理功能。随着plc、dcs和ipc(工业现场控制用计算机)之间的竞争逐步,各plc厂家正在逐步将传统dcs所有的过程控制功能逐步移植到plc中,使其在过程控制领域能够与dcs进行竞争,这方面plc已经取得了很大的成果。为了满足生产管理的需要,各plc厂家也在其软件开发上增加了管理软件,通过与其plc 的实时通讯采集现场数据 

并通过相应的软件完成生产管理所需要的管理功能。

★变频器的额定参数。(1)入侧的额定参数。①额定电压→低压变频器的额定电压有单相220~240V(主要是家用电器中的小容量变频器),三相220V或380~460V。我国低压变频器的额定电压多为三相380V,中0压变频器的额定电压有3kV、6kV和10kV。②额定频率→一般规定为工频50Hz或60Hz,我国为50Hz。(2)输出侧的额定参数。①额定输出电压→由于变频器的输出电压是随频率变化的,所以其额定输出电压只能规定为输出电压中的0大值,通常它总是和输入侧的额定电压相等。②额定输出电流→额定输出电流指允许长时间输出的0大电流,是用户选择变频器的主要依据。③额定输出容量→额定输出容量由额定输出电压和额定输出电流的乘积决定:。Se=√3UeIex10?3。式中的S 额定输出量,kVA;Ue 额定输出电压,V;Ic 额定输出电流,A。需指出:变频器的额定容量有以额定输出电流(A)表示的,有以额定有功功率(kw)表示的,也有以额定视在功率(kVA)表示的。我们有大量库存的控制系统部件。 我们还有许多新的硬件和停产备件,以帮助支持你现有的控制系统如果你方发现其他供应商对同一产品的报价较低,我们也愿意参考他们的价格给你方进一步的折扣。★变频器虽然具有软启动、软停车、无级调速以及特殊要求的增、减特性等,具有过载、过压、欠压、短路、接地等保护功能及各种预警、预报信息和状态信息及诊断功能;但如果变频器与电机功率匹配没有正确选择,或者没有正确地设置0基本参数选择,出现电机烧了,而变频器仍然还有输出;这种情况一般不会出现在熟悉变频器的老师傅们的工作中。简单地说,正确设置变频器与电机的参数,例如:额定功率、额定频率、额定电压、额定电流、额定输出容量等是确保变频器正常工作,且充分发挥其变频器及电机性能的前提,而掌握基本参数设定的操作方法是操作变频器的关键所在环节。无论什么品牌变频器与电机,在选择功率匹配一致情况下,都要进行对其电机参数进行自学习(也俗称自动调谐),它是将变频器拖地的电机铭牌是上的参数准确的复制给变频器内部的存储器芯片;电机参数复制到变频器内部包括参数上传和参数下载两个步骤,其中参数上传是指将变频器控制板中的参数上传到操作显示板的存储器(EEPROM)中进行保存;参数下载是指将操作显示面板中存储的参数下载到变频器的控制板中,并且进行保存。

DCS 系统的日常维护
